this happened at Marco Hotel Cugman, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY.
my husband, i and our son is having vacation. then nag decide me to stayed at the said hotel, then isa sa front desk kaila nko, highschool batch mate named leah ponce, she booked our stay and get some information about our names and some details. so we arrived there sunday April  22 but shes wasnt there, the front desk said its her day off, no body knew me at that place expect her. so we went to our assign room, with a bell boy, helped us with our stuffs. then after that we take a rest, wala pa gani me nag 2 hrs gikan sa amo pag check in naa nay phone call sa amo room. a girl , she said i need to call the supervisor, she gave me the cel number but suddenly i dont have load, i even have a load but hey, they should call me, right? so then this girl said u cal our supervisor now, cuz the supervisor wanted to talk to u. then i said i dont have load, but this girl kinda of keep existing that we gonna call the number. dayon iya butang ang pon, then after 10 minutes call nasad sya, ask sya number nko so i gave the number thinking its the supervisor and we probably able to get discount. then after it, ni ring ako celpon, a girl again and a man, this man talk to me, ana sya they need some help , cuz they are supporting one of the senator. tapos iya ko ignan member daw sila abusayaf, and tanan sa marco polo kunsabo nila…when i heard abusayaf, ni kurog nko, naa baya ko anak na 1 and 4 mos old pa then ako bana. as in grabe. iya ko gi hadlok patyon daw niya ako family kong dili ko ihatag ila gi pangayo…nag ask cya og money…ana ko wala koy money , suko sya ana dayon cya imo bana foriegner hag as daw walay sapi. ana dyon sya kong di ko mohatag spray han daw nila amo room then digto nami sa storage puniton. mura jud sya tinooud kay naa pa back ground na " huwag yung galawin yang guess na nasa room ***" as in, so ana ko 2000 ra ako money suko nasad sya then ana sya kana ra value sa life sa imo bana. so walay koy na buhat di naa man ko cash na 10,000 mao ako gi ingon, ni sugot sya but iya pa ko gi sugo palit og globe na load, globe man sad ya number, ana ko aha man tawon ko mopalit? ana sya sa front desk daw, ana ko wala ko kabalo unsa number sa front desk then ana sya 0, maypa sya kabalo sya ako wala jud, then wala may load sa frontdesk kay sirado daw ang canteen. iya ko gipagawas ana sya monitor daw ko nila..ni gawas ko ga kurog sa kahadlok, gi biyaan nko ako anak na na tulog og ako bana. ako bana walay kaliboutan na unsa ko, iya expect supervisor ako kaistroya. as in ako gi baklay ang marco polo pa gawas…cge ko niya hadlok gihapon, well this is all thru phone. i cant able to call police kay gigamit man nko ako phone talk sa iya. well to make it short ako sya gipalian og load worth 10,000 pesos tanan. then kato bae na ako gi palitan na taga fair price btaw if u guys are familiar, nag wrote ko sa paper call cya pulis kay need ko help wala rasad sya, nag tangan…i just realize even dia na grabe na imo hilak and everything even how u needed help, naa pa dia tao na dili kabalo mo tabang.then mao to ana sya balik daw ko hotel then mag check out me 7am by tomorow. ni balik ko sa hotel nag dagan2 hapit nko na dasmag, nahadlok nko kay basin naunsa na ako mga kauban. ako bana naa sa gawas uban amo anak, grabe ako sila gpa sulod then ako sila g hug, grabe na nko hilak.ako sya ignan wat happen he wanted to cal police but sekyo ni abot sa amo rom. then nagkagubot na dayon sila, then pag abot sa mga sekyo ni ring nasad ako pon gitawagan nasad konila but wala nko ni tubag, mao ghapon na number, sugyaan siguro ko nila why ni tug an ko. then it just make me realize naa jud sa sulod da hotel and nag hadlok sa ako why kabalo man sya.then we all suddenly knew naa sad dia guess na gitawagan but na lowbat man ila pon mao wala na dayon, cla na ilad, same case as mine. then naa na pulis but maau ra at first ang invitagation. thats why i tell everyone u knew na dili mag kompiyansa sa marco hotel…theres no way from outside call na dili mo agi sa front desk and e transfer sa niyo room phone. right? therefore why tka tawag man sya sa amo phone room? it means naa sya access and everything. dili me bogok para dili mka balo na inside job ang nahitabo. then we transfer on other hotel. my point here is the management should take care and give the best service they can able to give thier customers, well yes, it didnt happen to all, but one is enough to scared everyone.i jut let u guys aware cuz i dont want it to happen again to somebody who is innocent enough for this, we dont deserve to be treated this way. this is not a good joke, this is about life and about our safety. i love my son and my husband alot, they are my life .i cant forgive my self when things bad happened to them. duha sila , isa rko. i will be willing to give my risk for them. thanks for those who read my blog again..
